By accessing and using the EcoBieste platform, website, and mobile applications, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute full acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please discontinue use of this service immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the exclusive property of EcoBieste Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers, protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any material from this site is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. EcoBieste reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole administrative discretion.
4. Product Information and Pricing
We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are strictly accurate. However, typographical or systemic errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Prices and product formulations are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
All physical items purchased from EcoBieste are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and legal title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. While we aim to process and deliver orders within stipulated timeframes, estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines only and do not constitute a legally binding fulfillment guarantee.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Given the consumable nature of our organic and food-grade products, returns are strictly accepted only for items that are proven defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged upon arrival. Customers must report damages within 48 hours of delivery alongside clear photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Order cancellations are permitted exclusively within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
7. EcoBieste Rewards and Loyalty Program
EcoBieste Cash and loyalty points hold strictly zero fiat cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn as legal currency. Points are granted as promotional discounts applicable on future qualifying purchases. EcoBieste explicitly reserves the right to alter, suspend, or unilaterally terminate the loyalty program or individual point balances at any time in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoBieste Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, health detriments from misuse, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EcoBieste Pvt. Ltd., its corporate affiliates, licensors, and their respective employees, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your improper use of the Service or any breach of these stipulated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the jurisdictional laws governing EcoBieste's corporate registration, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any material dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules before seeking civil litigation.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any given time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become commercially effective, you explicitly agree to be bound by the revised terms.
